During the harvest, the olives are carefully collected by hand, and immediately transported to our factory in Keramoutsi, Heraklion, where on the same day, with the method of cold pressing exclusively by mechanical means and applying the strictest food safety standards, this unique extremely virgin olive oil with the taste and aromas of the Cretan land.
