– Ophellia Ghee & Vegetable Oil Trading maintains the www.ophellia-me.com Website (“Site”).
– “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
– ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’
– ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE’’
– ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’
– ‘’Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’’
– ‘’User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account’’
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 6 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Delivery/Shipping Policy
We deliver our products within UAE only. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier company.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days.
The order value above AED 100 will have free delivery within UAE (Except remote areas).
The delivery fee below AED 100 will be AED 20.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@ophellia-me.com and send your item to: Office # 104-01, First floor, Dubai National Insurance building Port Saeed Road, Deira Dubai, UAE.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Office # 104-01, First floor, Dubai National Insurance Building Port Saeed Road, Deira Dubai, UAE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
